I have been on my first overseas flight when I was still in diapers and since then traveling has become a crucial aspect of my life.
After my degree in Business Management in Milan I started my career in Consulting and Marketing - soon I realized I needed to choose my own path: the foundation of my own agency was an inevitable step.
Adrenalin is my addiction. I started ski races when I was 5 and in my early twenties I was Italian Freeride Champion - I've been working as a ski instructor in the Dolomites since (just in case office work only might get too boring)
I was born and raised in a small town on the mountains in Italy. Through this environment I developed my passions for nature, snow and horses.
I've always been interested in art, history and geography which brought me to learn 5 languages. Working as ski instructor and physical therapist I've been living in different countries from Spain to New Zealand.
Working in tourism was a natural consequence of my background and passions.
And so I've found my path.

Born on the Dolomites and currently living in three different places. In Dream Beyond I coordinate the team and put my Excel and scientific skills to use... Mainly to annoy my colleagues! I love designing journeys with a meaning, always including something clients wouldn't have expected: a touch of wonder, a hidden gem, a moment of quiet and a perfectly timed “wow”. I’m renowned for my attentive reviews on hotels’ bathrooms and their toiletry collections: details matter!
We don't save lives but we certainly make them better!
Losing myself in Barbagia, the wild heart of Sardinia. Begin the morning discovering one of the island’s rare, almost mystical springs. Sit down for a lunch of culurgiones and seadas, paired with a glass of local Bovale wine. In the afternoon, a short drive to the coast and a swing into the turquoise waters of Italy’s most breathtaking seas. The perfect ending to a day in my favorite region.

Living my dream life in my beloved Dolomites, surrounded by mountains, sport, and simple rituals like sharing chocolate on the highest peaks. I live for everything that’s not standard: the more adventurous, and immersive the experience, the better. Give me a detailed client profile and I’m in my element, matching personalities with the perfect hotels and once-in-a-lifetime experiences!
Whatever you do, do it with your whole heart and dare to do it differently.
A ski day on Mount Etna: sea of clouds on one side and the real sea on the other, under the warm Sicilian sun. Then a visit to a tiny village at the foot of the volcano, with a glass of Etna Bianco and a slice of Cassata Siciliana in hand!
The youngest, tallest, and calmest of the team. Quiet and detail-obsessed (flowers, jars and all the little touches), she lets her work speak for itself, whether she’s crafting the perfect presentation or climbing a mountain somewhere.

I'm the one who would probably turn even a grocery list into a flight plan. I love organizing experiences that take off in style: hidden gems, dining in private locations and a bit of adrenaline on the side. My distinctive trait? A slight cabin crew level obsession with details, if everything feels effortless, it means every “seatbelt” has been checked.
Take time to make your soul happy!
Setting course for Sicily: a boat under the sun, crystal clear water, ice cold drink and an amazing granita on the side. In case of emergency… please proceed directly into the water.

Parisian (oui, oui) and singer of the team (especially useful at weddings). I love designing itineraries where travel meets art, culture, and music. Maybe it’s the artist in me, but I believe every trip has its own soundtrack, and I’m always chasing the right atmosphere. I’m also slightly obsessed with languages (currently learning my fifth) and discovering new cultures :)
Be calm and intentional. The rest will follow.
Full-day at a mountain resort&spa in the Dolomites, Michelin-star cuisine, massages until I melt, a detox herbal tea (or detox prosecco, depending on the mood), and a suite with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto panoramic mountain views. Absolute silence, a plush robe, zero notifications, and a good book.
From the new addition, to making a strong impression in the team. A gentle soul with discipline, a knack for live music and big ideas and the lucky Italian living the Parisian dream.

I’m the Tuscan of the team, born and raised among the vineyards and rolling hills of Val d'Orcia: Brunello runs in my veins! At Dream Beyond, I handle Product Development and contribute to Travel Design, creating magic for travel agents exploring Italy. I’ve spent 15 years in luxury sales and designing tailor-made itineraries for 5-star clients. I’m passionate about swimming, skiing, yoga, and good food and wine… but biking? Only on a powerful e-bike with a full battery!
Good things come to those who TRAVEL
My ideal day starts NOT early with a Vinyasa Flow Yoga session, followed by a very long breakfast. A bit of exploration or another active sport session, followed by lunch at a local place with great views, food and wines. Spa in the afternoon followed by pizza at home with my family.
Our Product Development Master and Tuscany guru. With a sharp eye for luxury hotels and a talent for negotiations, she combines impeccable standards with a legendary sense of fun… And somehow still manages to out-party us all!

TD by title, seeker of gems between Veneto (my homeland) and Friuli (where I live) by vocation. If there is a hidden town or a secret palace, I have already included it in my itinerary. You'll recognize me right away: I'm the one with fiery red curls who talks non-stop and shares useless anecdotes, always in the front row at concerts. My mission? To organize trips and events that have the same rhythm as my playlist.
For God's sake!
A tour of Venice's bacari, enjoying a glass of wine and some cicchetti, then cruising through the canals in a taxi boat. The grand finale is the customary photo near the Tetrarchs and the discovery of a secret courtyard, accompanied, of course, by the perfect playlist.
Senior on paper, millennial in spirit. Red curls, nonstop energy, and probably already three steps ahead, running the room like a DJ when the music starts and like a pro when it comes to destinations.

A binge-listening podcast lover, you will recognize me by my passion for connecting people and bringing them together. My obsession? Search for the perfect bar with outdoor tables and a sunset the same color as the Campari Spritz in my hand.

A guided tour of Venice followed by a boat ride through the lagoon, with a bottle of wine opened right at sunset. The perfect way to experience the most beautiful city in the world from its true element: water.

Puglia shaped the way I see the world through the sea, daily rituals and a lifelong closeness to animals. Living and moving around the world broadened my perspective and fuelled my curiosity, while everyday places with character keep me grounded. With a background in event organizer, I love creating moments that bring people together. Curious and creative, I’m happiest in good company, you’ll find me with friends, sharing great food and wines.

My ideal day in Italy is a love letter to Emilia Romagna, where I lived. A quiet coffee, then an immersion in nature just minutes away, lunch in an osteria in the Parma hills with culatello di Zibello, the afternoon is gentle, wandering through Parma's art spaces and after dinner wander Parma's illuminated narrow streets. Authentic and unhurried.
Still waters run deep—but only for a while. Once Flavia gets started, her Southern spirit takes center stage and fills the room.

I’m the one who keeps Dream Beyond’s numbers in order, the team’s Accounting Manager. While everyone here designs dream trips, I organize budgets and deadlines (someone has to do it!). At work I’m precise and meticulous: if something doesn’t add up, I’ll catch it. But In my free time, I love escaping where there are no formulas: up in the mountains, ski touring through fresh powder or chasing the adrenaline of climbing.
The accounting is perfectly balanced, now I just need to fix my knees.
A hike in my beloved Dolomites, arriving at a mountain hut, a plate of eggs, speck and potatoes, a cold beer in the sun, and a view that rewards every step.
Head of finance and absolute master of numbers, invoices, and payments. Precise, fair, and professional… Until her sharp humor and legendary party-girl side unexpectedly show up.

I love wide open spaces, being outdoors, animals, and adrenaline-fueled adventures. As a proud Southern Italian, I also have a deep appreciation for good food and great wine. I don't like big cities, elevators, and parsley. I can be loud, stubborn, strong-willed, proud, determined, a little hot-tempered, and somewhat wild. But I can also be quiet, kind, caring, sensitive, and affectionate—or at least I try to be.For better or worse, I'm a person of extremes.

I work in concierge services, museum reservations (even the seemingly impossible ones, like the last ticket for a sold-out exhibition), and guest assistance.
But I’m not only behind a desk: I also am a ski instructor and I accompany guests into the Dolomites, guiding them through breathtaking landscapes, nature, a bit of adrenaline… and, when the moment calls for it, a toast with champagne in a helicopter.
Motivation is the engine behind everything
Late January in the Dolomites: flawless snow under my skis, crisp air that tingles on your cheeks, and my unmistakable leopard-print neck warmer. Although, to be fair, having an aperitivo on the beach in Sardinia at the end of September is not bad at all either.
Ski instructor, concierge pro and expert restaurant-booker, always with a glass of wine in hand and the perfect punchline ready. A true volcano of energy who brings the spirit of the Dolomites (and après-ski) wherever she goes.
